AI Filmmaking Training

Over the past few months, I've received quite a few DMs and comments from people asking how I make my AI films and whether I offer any training.

Honestly, I've been so focused on just making films that I hadn't seriously considered teaching. But the questions keep coming, so I'm considering whether to create some form of AI training.

Before I build anything, I want to hear from you.

I'm not sure yet if this will be a course, a series of tutorials, live workshops, or something else entirely. That depends on what people actually need and want to learn.

Who Am I?

Hi! I’m Lenny, an Australian filmmaker based in Calgary, Canada. I spent nine years as a Senior Video Marketing Manager at a U.S. SaaS company, producing in-house video content and training for global e-commerce brands.

Alongside that, I’ve directed short films, web series, and commercial productions. In 2025, I became obsessed with understanding how AI could accelerate and complement traditional filmmaking.

That led to building Hyperspace Stories, my proving ground for combining a lifelong love of Star Wars with AI filmmaking. Through hundreds of hours of experimentation and generations, I’ve learned how to create consistent characters and locations, and how to make AI-generated footage actually feel cinematic. The channel’s films have reached hundreds of thousands of viewers.

Now I bring that expertise to select commission projects.
